Initial Consultation: $500 for a 2-hour evaluation
Follow-up: $250 for 50-minute session evaluation

Cancellation Policy: Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a $50 fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. If a pattern of canceling appointments becomes apparent, you may be charged a full fee for cancellations regardless of how much advance notice is given. If you are late for a session, you will be charged for a full session.
